| Participation is open to everyone who has interests.And,registering through the on-line system is necessary.

| It is suggested to read through the information before submitting the registration. The early bird date is April 21, 2008, and the regular registration deadline is May 5, 2008. Registration after the deadline will be processed on-site upon arrival. |
| Payment |
| Complete registration only comes along with full payment. Be noted that no reservation will be confirmed until payment is done. |
| Payment can be done by bank transfer or credit card (VISA / MASTER / JCB) through the on-line payment system. (Noted: Commission fee should NOT be included within the registration payment.) |
| Cancellation and Refund Policy |
| An 80% refund will be given after the conference if a withdrawal request in writing is received by April 27;
on the other hand, no refund would be made after then. |
