To obtain the special rate secured for conference delegates at the official hotels, please be noted that it is necessary for delegates to make hotel reservations directly to the hotels with the Conference Hotel Reservation Form.
Please also understand the limitation on number of rooms, therefore, rooms are provided on a “first come first serve” basis. Early reservation is strongly recommended. Should we remind you that the reservation confirmation will be processed straight forward to you directly by the hotel.

Hotel Shuttle Service:
Ambassador Hotel Hsinchu
There is no shuttle service provided by Ambassador to Hsinchu downtown. However, you could walk to Hsin Kong Mitsukoshi Hsin-Chu Store (the department next to Ambassador Hotel Hsinchu) and take the shuttle bus there. It departures every 20–30 minutes per shift.
Lakeshore Hotel
The shuttle service is provided for 4 th ISTDM 3 times per day between the Lakeshore Hotel and the venue, Ambassador Hotel Hsinchu. For all shuttle services of the Lakeshore Hotel, kindly refer to the table below:

Lakeshore Hotel Metropolis
No Shuttle Service is provided to Hsinchu downtown. The only way the hotel suggests is to take the taxi. It costs around NT$ 110 per time.
