Nobuaki Yasutake received the M.S. degree in material physics at the University of Kyushu in 1996.Since he joined Toshiba Corporation in 1996, he has been working on DRAM development.From 1999 to 2002, he has been member of 512M bit DRAM joint development project among Fujitsu, Winbond, and Toshiba.Since 2002, he has been working on development of advanced CMOS technologies.
