For overseas attendees:
If you are coming by your own, we suggest you 2 ways from the Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport to Hsinchu City . Please refer to the following graphs:

* Free Pick-up Shuttle:
We provide free pick-up shuttle service on May 10 & 11 upon your arrival. Please contact the Conference Secretariat with your flight departure time for shuttle bus arrangement. Kindly be noted that the drop-off service is not provided, so please arrange the transportation for return by your own.

* Guidance Note:
We prepare a “Guidance Note” which you could present it to taxi drivers in order them to take you to right places. Please click and then download it! Guidance Note

For domestic attendees (to the venue, Ambassador Hotel Hsinchu):
1.  By car - Take Chupei exit from the North South Freeway to get to Guan Fu Road till you reach Chung Hwa Road on which the hotel is situated. If you want to reach the hotel from South, take the Hsinchu exit from the North South Freeway, and then take Guan Fu Road to Chung Hwa Road .

2.  By train ( TRA / 台鐵 ) – Go to the TRA (or regular train) station at your convenience and take a train to Hsinchu train station. There are four classes which are: Express, ChuKuang, Fushing, and Ordinary. After arriving at Hsinchu, you may transfer a taxi to the venue which might take around 10 minutes. 3.  By train ( THSR / 台灣高鐵 ) – Go to the HSR station at your convenience and take a train to HSR Hsinchu station which is situated exactly in a neighboring city “Chupei”. After arriving at Chupei City , you may transfer a taxi to the venue which might take around 30 minutes.
